Thank you** A: sorry can't help I use a deep fat fryer **Q: what is the use by date?** A: Unable to answer as it depends on date of manufacture and when you order it. It's very nice and makes delicious battered cod and sausages. i get 2 or 3 goes out of a packet for the 2 of us. hope this helps **Q: Had anyone used it to make scraps?** A: Yes and its good, best mixing sparkling water or beer to get great batter and oil (vegetable) at 170c ## Frequently Bought Together - Goldenfry Chip Shop Batter Mix, 5.95-Ounce (Pack of 6) - Goldenfry Yorkshire Pudding Mix, 5 Ounce Box (Pack of 6) - Bisto Gravy Granules, 170g --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/62649311-original-chip-shop-batter-mix-170-g-pack-of-12](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/62649311-original-chip-shop-batter-mix-170-g-pack-of-12) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
