We have many of their indoor cameras and light bulbs. Love those. Figured we would try the outdoor ones. Not worth it. Finally got to install one today. Setup was easy, but what they don’t tell you is the recordings. Yes, it states SD card not needed. The cameras will record, but you cannot view the recordings without paying a monthly fee to see them. This is total junk. Now they can’t be returned and out the money.Also, if you unplug it, or lose power. It takes forever for them to reboot and sometimes you have to reset them. Take note, the reset is a small button that you have to unscrew the panel. If you place it high up, it is not easy.
