They have proved to be extremely easy to talk to with questions i had and have gone above and beyond to ensure I am a satisfied customer, which indeed I am. The f1000 itself has proved to be well made and is performing well so far in my vehicle. I would recommend this brand wholeheartedly and I will keep and eye on them for future products. ### ⭐ Faulty product - does not allow solar pass through. Extremely slow customer service

Product DOES NOT allow solar to pass through to a Bluetti AC200Max when vehicle is off as advertised. Etaker does not have a customer service phone number to contact. They do have an email but they only reply after 8pm MST and only once a day. This means it took over a week of back and forth emails from Etaker to say product was faulty. By then, the return window was up. Etaker sent a replacement to the wrong address and told me to contact Amazon Logistics. Amazon Logistics ALSO has no phone number available to speak with an actual human being. Now my replacement is in another city with absolutely no way of contacting support to have product redirected to the correct address. The ordeal with this product has been very frustrating and I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Especially anyone living on the road and traveling full time.
