These really got my attention to find they were rated at 100% by the users. I purchased a pair and have been very pleased with them. It is really, unbelievable that they are so comfortable to wear, don't irritate my ears and the filtration works so well. The first set that I tried ($8K) were blue tooth and I thought that it was I wanted, but only with my smartphone. I found I would just "mess" too much with them all the time. These hearing aids are "straight forward" to use and out of all the ones I had tried certainly most comfortable. Save yourself anguish and time. Case was worn down, dirt rings inside the packaging, dirt and finger prints on the actual devices, and the case wasn't in it's original packaging.These DO NOT have ANC (active noise cancellation) like described in the photos and product description. You can hear all background and white noise.These are HEARING AMPLIFIERS, meaning everything is amplified. Loud drops, scratches, ect. So be prepared for some eardrum pain.The Bluetooth with music is good, no problems there.The comfort gets annoying quickly. I don't know how people would be able to have these in without issues for more than 2-3hrs at a time.The instructions are decent, but when I scanned the "detailed guidance" QR card, it took me to a Chinese website that had a video on it, but I couldn't watch the video due to someone already watching it . (The video only has 5 times you can watch it)Each earphone is independent, which can be a good thing, for example if you can't hear as well in one ear. But an immediate problem was the "sound modes" (I noticed no change between these alleged 4 mode options) is the left ear is on mode 3, while the right is on mode 4.
