**Q: My bottle doesn't have a seal. Is it meant to be sealed underneath the cap?**
A: I believe mine was only sealed with plastic over the cap.

**Q: Why 6g added sugar & a preservative??**
A: Yes, I was wondering about that too. 6 gms of sugar is 1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar in two teaspoons of the cough syrup!!!

It works to calm symptoms of a cough. It allows me to sleep cough-free. It is very thick and difficult to use the entire contents of the bottle. It has a very pleasant taste.
