Keep it in the mouth for a few mins. I take close to 1 tablespoon. Within 1 hour I feel happy. Cognition improves.BSO's effects are acute - peaks quickly and goes away in a few hours. Repeated usage can lead to some lingering effects in the brain - benefitting memory.But for me, continued use has led to acid reflux. Therefore I only consume it once in a while when I want to feel really happy.It is good for skin issues. Just rubbing a little on the affected skin area has helped me.I like its smell.
