For instance, the manual use of the allen wrench slowed us down. We purchased a bit and used the drill on the 2nd one. It went so much faster. You also have to take extra care with the placing of the screws on the hinges of the doors for them to close properly. It wasn't easy due to the awkwardness of accessibility. We didn't use the black circle tabs, and the glue may or may not need to be used for helping the wood dowels stay put. Do not apply much pressure to the K pieces as they are plastic, not metal, and can easily break (as did during our first assembly). It definitely takes 2 people to assemble. One of the pieces on the 2nd unit had a small fingernail size wood peel, but we sealed it with super glue and placed on the backside. Overall, I love love love it!
