A: Yes,this charger works for a victory 9 disability scooter.

**Q: work w/ gogo elite traveler plus?**
A: Don't know Fred. Go by the specs. If it says 24V 2 Amps for lead acid batteries, well...why would it not work?Your only concern should be about the type of connector. Good luck

**Q: Will this charger be ok for a drive medical bobcat 3x mobility scooter with 2  12V 10AH batteries?**
A: I can only speak about a Drive Medical Scout Travel Scooter 3 Wheel with one battery. In my case the Battery Charger was surely enough to power the scooter for a full days use.

**Q: Is this charger for the go go elite traveler series?**
A: I'm not sure what the go go elite series is but this charger has the little plug with 3 pins in it. Ours plugs in on the box where the control knob is. I wondered if it would work for the electric wheelchair we wanted it for before buying too. I read through so many reviews where people mentioned various different brands of scooters and electric wheelchairs that I figured they must have a universal plug-in for charging them. Hope I helped you with your decision.
