I LOVE LOVE LOVE them. They are so attractive, seem heavy-guage but not too heavy and I love cooking in them. After hand washing and drying, I do wipe some organic oils inside the pan before storage as suggested on the tag. They have a couple of little scratches on the inside already, which I don't understand because no metal utensil has ever touched the inside of these pans - rubber only. Hopefully that doesn't become a problem. I'm new to these pans within the last couple of months and am hoping I get many years of attractive, high performing cookware. I just love them so far!
