We have some of the kitchen knives as well and they stay sharp longer than our other, lesser, knives. Pretty nice, recommended.

These might be the sharpest knives I’ve ever used. They cut through steak so easily, when we first used them we looked at each other and said the same thing—“This might be the sharpest knife I've ever used.” Expensive but high quality. We have some of the kitchen knives as well and they stay sharp longer than our other, lesser, knives. Pretty nice, recommended.
