Shame it doesn't have a strap though, it could be greatly improved if it had one, but it works ok enough without as the cushion is small / light enough to be held up against your back.This one is a medium sized cushion, bigger than the tiny ones, but not as large as the "full back" ones.It isn't as "Supportive" as some other models I've tried on here, it's more on the "squishy" side, however it does feel VERY comfy. Wouldn't recommend for a computer chair as it doesn't really give enough "firm" support, (which you want for the lumbar), however I'm keeping this for when I need a comfy back cushion for other chair (dining or living room. However on the recommendation of a friend I have bought and tried one of these and I can honestly say this is the best help for my problem that I have found. It is not just more comfortable for sitting down part of my problem was that after sitting for a while when I got up my my back had stiffened up. However my condition is now much improved and hopefully as time goes on will get even better.
