I have tried to connect via the USB-C but with no luck. I already have a headset dongle, rear fan and external hard drive connected to the back. Would be nice just to have that option. This is more a PS5 issue than this fan issue. It does connect to a PS5 pro but it's really for the slim and doesn't feel very secure as the ps5 cab rotate on it. Then secure the white base to the black plate with the spinner screw. Connect the USB cable to the back of the PS5 and it will come on when you power it up. It has 3 fan speeds and is relatively quiet. Seems to keep my pro cool enough. Lights are bright enough but tbh it was the fan that I bought it for. It seems sturdy enough, looks alright, pretty straight forward to put together. Not bad value for money overall.
