Long enough to tuck under bra from armpit to armpit. I usually use two at a time and you don’t even feel them. See photo for showing new and change after first wash with and without drying in the dryer. They were not ironed. There is variation in the length and width but not a big deal. I bought 20 pack and would recommend if you use more than one a day.
