The patch, sized 7 inches by 16 inches, is iron-on, no sewing required, and made of a polyester/cotton blend that is durable yet soft. With permanent adhesive on one side, the interfacing allows for invisible mending. Mending fabric is flat, with no telltale textures or patterns. Simply iron-on the fabric for a washable, super sealed mend. To use, preheat iron for five minutes on “High” or “Cotton”. Use a dry iron ONLY; never use steam or exceed safe ironing temperature. Heat and smooth the fabric to be repaired first, and then place the patch with the adhesive side down. Press firmly and evenly for 45 seconds, repeating around the edges to ensure that the patch adheres well. After cooling, test the edges to make sure the patch is sealed all the way around. If needed, or if lifting occurs after washing, repeat the steps above.
