I bought 2 packs and that was enough. I put tape on them instead of removed the backing. Because of that I will be able to reuse. They are very long. **Q: Is the length 8.3 ft on this product or is only 3 ft high?** A: The length is 8.3ft, it’s 3ft wide per panel. **Q: Can you set it up in hallways?** A: Strands break off easily; if you have a lot of movement through the hallway then I wouldn’t suggest it. I ended up using mine as a table skirt for our “under the sea” theme party .
