I've used cheap mouthpieces before and have not had a good experience with them so I was a little hesitant to drop the cash on this. It turns out to have been a great choice. Pros: - I do not end up accidentally spitting this out in the middle of the night like I've done with cheap ones - I have had braces in the past so being able to fit them to my teeth was a big plus to me since my parents spent so much money for me to have good teeth alignment. - The fact that it is fitted to my teeth also contributed to not accidentally spitting it out while sleeping. - The fitting process is easy just make sure you don't bite down super hard squishing everything out. You really don't need to go that hard. - It does not leave a weird taste in the mouth. Make sure to clean it daily. - Adjustability is a huge plus! I do not recommend going past the 2nd mark if you've ever had braces because anything farther than that causes pain and might ruin your teeth alignment and modify your bite. - Customer service is awesome! After several years my old one broke. I bought a new one 1 week ago. I have woken up chonking several times as the new slimline shape, means that it does not stay in place. I remould it and it seems to be working better.
