The only thing I don't like is the buckle end is a little scratchy if it's right against my skin. Otherwise, I'm able to fit my HTC DNA (large) smartphone in one pocket, and some gum, lip balm, and whatever else I need in the other. I would even use it for travel to deter pick-pockets. Haven't used it for that yet but it's more stylish than a fanny pack or some of the other travel waist-wallets I've seen online. I don't run in the rain (yeah, I'm not THAT hard-core yet) so I can't speak for it's water resistant capabilities but my phone and gum don't get sweaty at all and I surely do. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rocking this Belt to Better Health! *by S***Y on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on August 26, 2015* Five months of using this thing almost every day! This is a wonderful running belt. It holds my ViperTek Stun Gun and my Samsung Galaxy S5 without a problem. There are NO special holes for headphones - you just zip the phone inside the pocket and let the wire come out above the zipper closure.The belt is very stretchy. I was a women's dress size 16 when I bought this and I kept it on the loosest setting around my hips - about where you'd wear a belt on a pair of adult blue jeans (not hip huggers), so if' you're larger than a size 18 I'm not sure how comfortable this would be for you. I'm now down to a size 8 (go me!) and I've only had to tighten up the cinch a little. It's really very comfortable and very stretchy material. I would buy this again and I have recommended it to others. Oh - the color strip is NOT reflective, but it is nice a bright. If you're going to be on/near a road or using this belt outdoors at night, don't count on it to be a safety feature. Wear other bright/reflective gear to make sure you stay safe!Like I said, I've had this for five months, and it's only had an issue TODAY. I have a loose, stretchy thread. :-( And while that makes me sad, I'm just going to clip it and keep going, as the rest of it seems to be in perfect shape. I also don't believe the thread problem has anything to do with how this belt is made - I snagged it on a nasty nail doing home projects. Totally my bad. Anyway. This is a great belt. Since apparently most female athletic wear doesn't need pockets, it's really handy for walking my two dogs - it holds phone, keys, poo bags, and I can clip dog repellant onto it as well.
