Fabric is more of a moisture wicking sport style than I anticipated and I'm quite pleased. They'll work perfectly for Winter and Summer. Ordered a medium and it's a good thing, they do run a little small. Not terribly, and they are very comfy. But I am normally a small for pants, and small would not have gone over my semi athletic bottom or have been comfortable on the waist. If unsure like I was, order 1 size up from your norm. A little long for my 5'5" frame, but nothing a little hemming won't fix. But, I didn't expect the material to be what it is. I thought cotton/spandex. It's actuallyna lightweight polyester, much like bathing suits but thinner. They're flowy and comfortable. But if you're looking for cotton stretch yoga style material, these are not for you. Also, they definitely show panty lines.
