I am 5'6 (and a half), 145 lbs. I didn't need to trim any length. As is, these are a good length for someone around 5'6 to 5'7. If you're shorter you can trim them. If you're taller than 5'8 these won't come to your ankle, but maybe it's not a deal breaker since they are worn under ur clothes. The size medium fits in the waist but is a little roomier in the legs on me compared to other pant liners I've owned. Not a problem for me though because I don't wear tight pants. Overall nice item for the price.
