I haven't really noticed a difference in my breakouts, but my skin doesn't feel dehydrated anymore. It also has an amazing glow, but I don't think this is the answer to clear skin when pregnant. The day cream gives me a bit of shine (I have combo skin), but the night cream is amazing.
