I like to bake cookies, flatbreads, and use it in recipes and a thickner. It gives food more flavor in an earthy and savory way. Super delicious and easy to use.
Review: Good brand. I've never had any problem with TAJ Besan. I try to buy it in as large a package to get the lowest unit price. Great KETO alternative to wheat flour. I use it to make Socca (Lebanese flat bread), Pizza crust, Fried Chicken, or anything that requires flour. It does have it's own flavor profile so I usually season it. I have bought this product multiple times. Would recommend.
