The resistance is easy to adjust using the dial, so you can gradually increase the difficulty as your grip strength improves. It also includes a built-in rep counter, which is a nice idea in theory. Unfortunately, mine is a bit temperamental and doesn't always reset properly. It hasn't really affected my workouts though, so it's more of a minor annoyance than a major issue. The overall build feels quite plasticky and a little on the cheap side, but that's reflected in the price.
