It does its primary job very well and has a good build quality.My wife and I, we eat a lot of leafy vegetables, be it as salad for some other form of preparation and we have been looking for a good quality spinner. We ended up buying this product after going through the reviews and honestly, we are very pleased with it.The bowl is reasonably sized, not too big nor too small and it feels quite sturdy. Upon the initial use, I loved it! Fits a head of lettuce just right, spins efficiently with minimal effort, drains easily, and comes with an air tight lid which is so convenient. The lid kept the lettuce nice & crisp for the 5 days I had it in the fridge. BUT... the spinner lid traps water! Instructions say not to submerge the lid in water, which I did not. I briefly rinsed off the soap & bits of lettuce and now I can hear water swooshing around inside the lid. This is a health hazard as it will indefinitely stay moist and grow mold and what not. So, I proceed to email the company to complain and to ask them to honor their “100% money back guarantee no questions asked” and they quickly respond thanking me for my feedback saying they will initiate my refund the next morning. This was a week ago. I emailed them to follow up and NO RESPONSE!
