The second thing is watch the video on this listing, it show exactly how to use it, as the instructions that come with it are very comprehensive, but not that easy to understand. The last thing is the photos appear to show the arms at full stretch, and unless you have a lot of arm strength, this is not going to happen, but you don't actually need to extend your arms fully to get the benefit, it's only a 3 second stretch repeated several times. Review: Works for what I need it to but wouldve loved for them to make it more clear that it is HIGH RESISTANCE. Like if I wasnt already strong this would be too much. If you step on one handle and pull up it does loosen up enough to be able to use it with arms extended. Broke first time I used it and is dangerous when it breaks. The rubber band inside is WAY too stiff and too short. The band inside breaks or pulls loose from the end where the bands is attached.
