Seems to be quite effective, however, I would personally recommend Penetrex more (although slightly more expensive), which can also be found in Amazon. I know that simply pointing to other products may not be a good product review of CT cream (especially because it would look like abusive marketing), but in my opinion, the smell of CT cream was less pleasant than Penetrex, and it (the CT cream) felt slightly less effective when I informally compared the time for the relief, so I'm trying to point to other customers that there is another option which you may try and see which one you'd prefer. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars pain-relieving creams *by J***S on Reviewed in the United States on June 17, 2012* At the same time I bought this cream, I bought and used Penetrex. I was surprised to find that CT seems to give as much if not slightly more relief than Penetrex. Peppermint oil and camphor are ingredients in both products, but CT contains arnica, which some users feel is an effective pain reliever. I think both CT and Penetrex are overpriced. Lately I've been using pure peppermint oil on the rotator cuff that's giving me problems, and it gives as much relief as the CT and the Penetrex.
