All I can say is that this is weak as cats p**s. Need three bags to make a decent cup of average strength tea! My Californian cousins asked me to bring some to them and were mightily disappointed. They had seen it on a website about Harry & Negan’s wedding. Thought it must be posh tea. I had never heard of it before! Not cheap. **Q: Are the teabags individually wrapped or loose?** A: The teabags are the same as you would get in say Tetley Tea bags but the Earl Grey have a string attached to each tea bag. You really can smell and taste the bergamot (?spelling!!). However, just leave them in the hot water for a few minutes - I stirred them with a teaspoon and the bag burst!!!! **Q: You do not get 12 boxes.
