Updated. *by A***Y on July 31, 2024* I absolutely loved this bike when we got it. It was easy to assemble and ran well. Until a little over 2 weeks of use. It suddenly stopped working. The controller would not turn on at all. The battery was fully charged, it just would not work. Now the bike is a 600$ very heavy mountain bike. I reached out to customer service and was redirected to another department. No response. I am hoping that the company will be able to make this right, and I will definitely amend this review if that happens.The company reached out to me. Asked for videos of the problem. I sent several. The finally reached out to me and said that it is probably the battery. The offered to send a new one on August 15. It is now August 26th. Still have not received the battery. Hoping to hear back from them soon. I will update this review when I can.The company actually sent me everything I needed to make the repairs. It took a little bit to get them. I understand that the parts are coming from far away.Received the parts and installed them. Even with new inner tubing, didn’t hold air for 12 hours and would go flat. Contacted customer support and they haven’t responded for months.
