I moved out to the desert to take care of my mom. Luckily the local Asian store had some ingredients for palabok, but it didn't have calamansi juice for it. We'll, I think they did but it was frozen in a can 😝. So glad this supplier has liquid calamansi juice available 😁. When I got sick during the holidays, I made calamansi tea with honey and it helped me a lot. There are a lot of ways to drink this, but diluting it with water or sparkling water tastes the best to me. I just have to mix a little to my bottle of water so it lasts about three days.
