Is with the floor removed, the bottom part that the door zips to, needs loops for stakes to hold door threshold down. Door fabric flops around when trying to zip and unzip.

This is easy to setup. Great size. Good quality. Fabric is thick enough, not able see shodows with a flashlight at night. Only thing I can knock on it. We bought this for extended camping trips in the forest. We use one side for showers and the other side for the portable toilet. We used it for 5 trips and it still looks like new. The zippers are great and the tent seems like it will last for several years with just minimal care. It is quite easy to setup and take down. I have even done it without help but it goes much quicker with a helper, especially if there's wind. I was afraid it might be small for showers but I was very impressed with the size and ability to even shower with a friend which makes camping trips that much more fun.
