Sie speichert Wärme ausgezeichnet, verteilt sie gleichmäßig und funktioniert im Pizzaofen, auf dem Gasgrill und auf dem Induktionskochfeld – super vielseitig für Fleisch, Fisch und Gemüse. Mein Highlight: Grillgemüse mit Feta wird außen aromatisch geröstet, der Feta wird leicht goldbraun und bleibt innen cremig.
