Initially I was put off by the taste, which was too cloying. Eventually I hit on three ways to make the drink taste pretty good: 1) I mix it with unsweetened soy milk and water, half and half. 2) I put 3 level scoops in 20 oz. of fluid. The directions specify 4 scoops per 16-20 oz. 3) I store it in a glass bottle in the refrigerator. It tastes better chilled. I drink about 20 oz per 2 days. I eat three normal meals a day and use the drink for desert or as a snack. In one month I gained about three pounds, which is quite remarkable.
