I have been taking it for a month and have not seen any effects yet.** A: To be honest, I never really noticed any significant weight loss while using Chromium Picolinate, regardless of the brand. And I have been taking 200 mcg daily of various brands for several years now. I take it just to help maintain "safe" blood glucose levels since everything is so sugar laced these days. And there are several good studies that substantiate the effectiveness of it for this role. **Q: Is the rice flour mixed with the chromium or just the capsule or both?** A: I think the content is Rice Flour mixed with Chromium. **Q: is this product halal or kosher ?** A: As of November 2019, the information reads: CERTIFICATIONS/CLASSIFICATIONS: Made without Gluten, Dairy Free, Egg Free, Non-GMO, Halal, Nut Free, Soy Free, Corn Free. **Q: Does it contain Magnesium Stearate?** A: According to the label, the supplement doesn't contain magnesium stearate. ## Frequently Bought Together - NOW Supplements, Chromium Picolinate 200 mcg, Insulin Co-Factor*, 100 Veg Capsules - NOW Supplements, Berberine Glucose Support, Combined with MCT Oil for Optimal Berberine Absorption, 90 Softgels - NOW Foods Supplements, Omega-3 180 EPA / 120 DHA, Molecularly Distilled, Cardiovascular Support*, 200 Softgels --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/6341456-now-supplements-chromium-picolinate-200-mcg-100-veg-caps](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/6341456-now-supplements-chromium-picolinate-200-mcg-100-veg-caps) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
