**Q: Opens and closes no problem but Why the arm does not lock when door is fully open, keeping door open when needed to bring staff in and out?**
A: you need to adjust the shut.  there is some instructions on the installation document.   or look up on YouTube

**Q: Does this work on doors that open from the right or from the left? Does the spring change from clockwise to counter-clockwise?**
