Review: Very nice, but larger than I ended up wanting - This works really well. Easy to clean. The holes are small enough that you don't need to worry about the dough poking out the other side. It does bend when grabbed by the corner (while empty), but I didn't expect it to hold stiff in that situation. The pan is a littler larger than a half sheet pan. It'd be nice if it fit, but that's my bad for not looking into it. But that means it also does not fit in my proofing box. Next time, I'll buy two of them that hold two baguettes each. Just for logistical reasons.

Great all around. It's simple things like this that make life in the kitchen so satisfying. The functionality in this product is insane. I have baked bread, rested chicken, drained salad it's dish washer safe, non stick( still spray it though), great cooling rack.. is thin but sturdy. Made well. Oh, it's the simple things.
