**Q: Can I use inside for bakance**
A: I think you could use them if you have room. I practiced inside before using them out side. Even one inside could help with balance and you will stand very straight. Just be careful. Hope this helps

**Q: Can one purchase accessory wrist straps or loops?**
A: According to a research study by Knobloch in 2006, the highest rate of injury for walking poles is when a person is attached to the pole during a fall (through a strap), so this reason, we don't sell wrist straps or loops.

**Q: What is the recommended max weight of user?**
A: The max weight of users for our Activator Poles is 250 lbs.  The Activator2 Poles will work for someone who is up to 320 lbs.

**Q: is there a fee for returning these?**
A: If you bought them from Amazon, they are very good about returns (my experience). I’m sure if you bought them directly the company  would be helpful. Just call them.
