Review: "Praktisches Männerspielzeug mit willhaben Effekt" - Wie im Titel schon erwähnt, ein Hingucker mit praktischem Nutzen. Von der Qualität her war ich Positiv überrascht, da ich öfter mit Amerikanischen Produkten zu tun habe, welche oft nur nach außen hin edel wirken. Es wackelt nichts, sehr gute O-Ringe, Feuerstahl austauschbar, guter Striker mit vier! Klingen und nachschärfbar, sauber geschnittene Gewinde... Das Material, der Aufbau, die Haptik sind dem Preis auf jeden Fall angemessen (Es fängt schon bei der sehr guten Verpackung an). Technische Daten mit guten Bildern/Videos sind auf der Hersteller HP sowie auf Youtube zur genüge verfügbar. Auch wenn XL dabeisteht...es bleibt eine "Nanogröße" welche für sehr große Hände nur bedingt passt. Der Nanostriker XL ist im Vergleich zum Nano nicht nur größer und daher (jedenfalls für mich) besser händelbar, sondern es lassen sich auch deutlich stärkere Funken erzeugen. Ein Feuer zu entzünden, sollte für Leute die Wissen wie man(n) mit Feuerstahl umgeht kein Problem darstellen...jedenfalls als Ausrede kann der Nanostriker XL nicht dienen. Ich kann das Produkt weiterempfehlen, wenn auch eine XXL Version wünschenswert wäre.

**Q: I bought one, couldn’t get it to spark at all. Bought a second one, got a few sparks, is there a trick?**
A: Yes, as mentioned the end of the striker works better for me. The trick I've found is to use a stroke just like you are lighting a wooden match off a box and flicking it off into the fire. A quick snap of the wrist works well to throw a spark once the coating is off.

**Q: The Amazon description says machined in USA, but the country of origin is listed as Canada. Where is this item made?**
A: Because it's likely the product was "transformed" in Canada.   If it were completely an American production, then for marketing purposes it would certainly be labeled as such.   Otherwise, why even mention Canada?

**Q: does anybody use this on their keychain?**
A: I believe it would work well on a Keychain.

**Q: Would a 4.5mm dog tag ball chain fit through the hole on this?**
A: No. The scratch could be annoying.
