I drink it hot with a bit of honey in it. I also make it iced as well and find it really refreshing in hot weather, I like it iced with or without honey. This brand is great because it is organic and the plant is also broken into smaller pieces already which makes it easier than having to snap it into pieces. I put a handful in the teapot and brew hot tea, once it has steeped I pour the tea into cups and then I leave the tea in the pot and brew another pot and let it steep for an hour, then I put the whole teapot in the fridge and let it steep overnight. In the morning I've got iced tea ready to go. It makes it go a long way and maximizes my purchase. Also, the Greeks have been using the tea for centuries to treat colds and respiratory infections.
