Before we could get get the trampoline staked down, there were strong winds that blew it over and caused damage to the netting poles and the safety net. I reached out to see how much replacements would cost. They covered the cost of the replacements and shipping. I work in customer service and know how it should be. We've loved the trampoline and it was an easy setup. Now that we've had it for 3 months, it's fallen apart. Multiple of the metal poles completely bent and broke at the base, causing the entire net to cave in. Then the piece of metal at the base broke, causing it to collapse while my kids were on it. I'm super disappointed because I really did my research with reviews and this is extremely unsafe. Would not recommend. Update- I've called and emailed customer service multiple times and they don't even respond.
