I initially had an issue when it arrived, but found out the issue was with my ball head and not the plate. The guys at Fusion were great helping me resolve the problem and went above & beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Just make sure you double check the dimensions on your ball head to ensure they are actually Arca-Swiss compatible.
