The battery is tricky to fully access but the positive and negative supply cables from it are connected to easily accessed bolt points on the chassis. These are smaller than on a car but I was able to fix the SAE quick release cables, which have the larger ring connecters, securely and safely with additional washers. The 2-amp unit is professionally constructed and can be wall mounted. For safety reasons make certain that the charger is located well away from a lead acid battery, which emits hydrogen and oxygen during the charging process, and that the area is well ventilated.
