Review: Robust and fun - Only tried it for a few days, but the bars are solid. Grips are comfortable. They don't slip. Works on carpet. I spend 4.5 hours/week in the gym and wanted to do some body weight stuff on my down days, especially during boring-as-heck zoom meetings at work.
Review: Good Product! - O.K., the verdict is in. This is a great product! I purchased the "Lightweight" model with the red rubber feet. I'm 6'2" 238lbs. and this thing is plenty sturdy for all kinds of push-ups and tricep dips. Doesn't wobble at all. I also find that the padding for your hands is adequate. If you find that your hands need more cushion just put on your padded weight-lifting gloves that you probably already have. Pushups with this thing is a great chest workout since it allows you to go way past the horizontal and get a great/deep stretch. Put on your weighted vest and get a "killer" workout!!

**Q: Would these work on low pile carpet?**
A: I believe our son has used his on the carpet in our living room and it isn't low pile, more like a shag, so you should be good. Once your body weight is on it, I can't see them moving.

**Q: How many inches off the ground do they get?**
A: Approx. 7 inches

**Q: To they threaten to fall over if rocked forward or backward? seeing that the contact points on the ground are cylindrical**
A: Have only used on a flat surface and we haven’t had any issue of them rocking.

**Q: Does it come with one or two parallette bars because the shipping weight seems light for what it is made from?**
A: It comes with two bars. Pretty darn sturdy for something so light weight. My boyfriend is 250lbs & 6’1” and it stabilizes his weight very well.

These simple paralletes are definitely a worthy purchase if you're looking into getting into calisthenics.! Pros: 1. Easy to assemble! 2. Lightweight 3. Sturdy 4. Don't take up a lot of space which is perfect if you just want to workout at home. Cons: 1. The grip is soft and prone to tearing if you're not careful. 2. Red is the only color option. Overall: This is a great purchase for anyone looking to getting into calisthenics or just wants to workout at home. The quality of this product may not be the most expensive; however, it is definitely worth every penny.
