My plugs arrived two days ago and they are gorgeous!! They have a little weight to it (which I love) and they are THICCCCCK. Most plugs I have, aren’t as thick and they always pop out of my ear so to see these plugs don’t do that is a PLUS for me. I received mine with a Crack straight down the middle and a chunk missing out of the bumper. There wouldn’t be a way for me to wear these without hurting my lobes. I’m not sure if it was damaged in transit or from the seller themselves as they weren’t even properly wrapped for these being stone plugs and are known to chip and crack with little pressure or dropping.If I can just have the seller contact information to get a replacement?UPDATE:Now on my THIRD time ordering and receiving (late). I ordered a second pair after the first were chipped, company never contacted me and they were cheap enough that I didn’t care. So ordered my second pair in a larger size. I received the wrong kind, they were back tunnels with some gold glitter sticker on the front. I contacted amazon to return them. It took a full two and a half weeks for the replacement to come in, I have amazon prime so I get the two day shipping. Not a big deal. As I opened my second replacement, now this one is completely cracked to the point you can’t even wear them. So I’ll be returning these, again. I ordered size 1/2g bc I have 2 other types of plugs I wear that are this size and they both fit nice and snug and don’t slip out! These however are about 1-2 sizes smaller than my 1/2g plugs I wear daily! When I tried these on they would literally just fall right out, so I can’t wear them at all!! I am so disappointed bc these plugs are gorgeous, well made, nice PLUGS, and I was so excited to get them after I ordered them!! Idk if they will do an exchange, but these are most definitely too small for my ears!! Does anybody else ever have this problem when ordering plugs? This is like the 4th time this has happened, so now I have all these gorgeous plugs that I can’t even wear... it is so disappointing!! Especially when most won’t accept returns due to the pandemic... I truly hope that y’all will make this right with me!!
