I have had one fitted for less than 18 months and in that time every sensor has suffered a flat battery and required replacing. Review: Not worth it - I fitted one of these systems to my motorhome for 'peace of mind'. The problem that I found is that the solar powered header unit doesn't show whether the sensors are connected or not. I was happily driving along only to find that the battery had run flat (after six months!) in one of the sensors, yet the header unit was happily flashing away as if all was OK. I have now removed all of the sensors and the header unit is still happy that all is OK (I can't get it off the windscreen). Just bought the TyrePal Colour and is a much better design. Interestingly the little gadget for measuring the tyre pressure by touching it against the sensor woks with the TyrePal system.
