After weekly physiotherapy for 3 months to get me walking again, my GP referred me to local gym on the fitness to health programme to work on balance and stability. After using a similar pad at the gym combined with weights decided to purchase one for use at home on a daily basis. It's brilliant! I feel safe and confident using it even on a tiled kitchen floor!
