Bitter, sour, like something rotten. I don't know if that's because the flavor has bleu cheese, or it's just because they taste terrible. I ordered these because it says mozzarella. Double checking on the link to click flavor, it says mozzarella. However, if you look closely at the bags they say mozzarella and bleu cheese. Never would have ordered if I had known that. So that's $26 I just threw away.
