It was awesome because now I can see what items my body is being affected by and I can try eliminating all of them for 6-8 weeks and then slowly reintroducing them to see how I react. The interesting thing for me is that a lot of items that supposedly affect my body are items that I don't really like anyway. The only two items that I have to eliminate that I do love regularly are white wine and brie cheese. I look forward to seeing if when I reintroduce these items I am able to tolerate them.
