I read the book at a sitting and played the accompanying CD recording of thousands of people singing HU. I came in somewhat skeptical after reading so much of the negativity that's out there. After receiving this book I read through it completely and started chanting and listening to Hu each night before bed. For the first few nights it was very relaxing, but nothing else. However after about a week I began to get a different feeling, not one of relaxation, but one of complete and total state of well being.
