These Trays are of excellent quality they are nice thick and sturdy. I personally use them for roasting potatoes which l must add turn out amazing. decent sized trays for the price, good depth too. Perhaps not the sturdiest one in the world so if doing big heavy roasts etc might need a baking tray underneath
