I tried to adjust it in many different ways with the button adjuster and when you get it tight enough to keep your package together and in place, there is NO comfort. I am slightly above average in package size for a "in shape" American Male and I had my wife try to adjust it for containing my package according to the video and photos on Amazon and we simply could not get this product to work. If you adjust the strap just one button hole to loose then parts of the anatomy start to escape as you walk, sit, stand, run. So once you get it tight enough to hold it all together then it feels like circulation is being cut off to your hanging anatomy and that is not good at all as it may cause physical damage to your man parts. I really had high hopes for this product when I first saw it, but you never really know until you try it.
