Depressing the trigger supplies full volume. The shut-off is great because it completely stops the air flow and saves the compressor run time. **Q: How will it work with Thompson's watersealer stain on privacy fence? I cannot tell if container is enclosed because I will need to tilt for angles.** A: This is meant for drywall texturing. Nozzles are far too large for anything liquid. **Q: I have this and need parts The oriface and the small tip can these parts be ordered?** A: Sorry, this item is sold in sets and has been packaged. **Q: What size compressed is recommended? my 10 gal/125psi compresses can’t keep up.** A: I have a 20 gallon 150 psi. Also a 30 gallon expansion tank. I would run til both tanks emptied then refilled the hopper while it was catching up I would recommend even bigger than what I had. It helps if u have someone else mixing which I was alone so it helped the air situation build up. I did a 900 square foot basement in 2 hours that's with going back and doing knockdown also but the compressor ran alot.
